Your bones are scaled. Scaled bones do not work in AGK.

When I applied scale to the bones it "broke" the animation(it seemed to have scaled the movement of your animation to compensate for the new size). I do not work in 3DS, so I don't know the workflow to apply scale. But you need to apply scale and then adjust the animation.

I understand but this time it worked, without me doing anything special.

As for the textures, what advice can you give us? I wrote about it the last message from page 1

Understood. Does the bone scale changes when creating it? I mean, this worked as it should.
Maybe the last time I scaled the bones without noticing?

Also, I saw tthat I cannot add bones to groups. After adding bones to groups, in AppGameKit all the group goes to the pivot point of the bone.
