It's kind of like saying arithmetic is deprecated by algebra so the u.s bo point in reviewing arithmetic fundamentals.

Really, the progression builds upon and contains the predecessor rather than simply replacing it with something completely different

Correct - get rid of old technology and move forth into 4D

Dont let 4D get in the way Chafari.... Its just an extended multiple matrix to be honest

AGK been the first in 4D... lets look at more of the future rather than catching up all the time. Be ahead...

Can we actually get used to that idea

Quote: "AGK been the first in 4D"

Interesting concept, I always thought of the fourth dimension as in/out
following on that concept the inside space of a box could be a whole universe
but the problem is how do we store this infinite space or the whole new world
that may take place once your inside the box

@fubarpk
Time to put in another coin, otherwise you'll never going to impress that chick you took to the fairground.
When you get the watch then you can probably exchange it for a stuffed animal and get and pehaps kiss from her.

That would make a great little game come to think of it!

That's what I thought , but somehow when we use the setobjectlookat it prevents the rotation from being perfect .
@Ortu /fubarpk This is the code I was trying to convert to Agk...In Agk we have no matrix , and lots of command like turn object left /right or roll object left/right , so is difficult to get the corret command in Agk to do the same .
Dbpro code

@fubarpk thanks for the snippet...I will try to apply to my code .

This is how it works smoothly and perfect in Dbpro

Wow !!

Quote: " fubarpk wrote the only commands with roll are
SetObjectBoneLookAt ( objID, boneIndex, x, y, z, roll )
SetObjectLookAt ( objID, x, y, z, roll )
SetCameraLookAt ( cameraID, x, y, z, roll )
"

Sorry fubarpk I didn't understood you when you point me out ....the last flag of the command include the roll
Now it works correctly with the same configuration of Dbpro

Quote: "
roll=(y#-y3#)*12
setobjectlookat(i,x2#,y2#,z2#,roll
"

Here's the complete code .

Attached the whole project to test.
Thaks fubarpk for your help

Hi there folowers !

what I come up with today, is the way of coloring object just setting vertex colors . The object must have diffuse data on it... most programs save diffuse data if we configure it.

14- Setting Vertex Colors

Using "SetMeshMemblockVertexColor" we can make something like a lightmapper .

Hi there. Today I tried to make a mouselook . This piece of code is what I have so far . If we move softly the mouse close to margen left /right, the mouse will be position into the screen again. It needs some more adjustements but for me works Ok.

Thanks fubarpk .

Trying to make an Orbit System for my voxel creator , I found a way to achive that without any math at all....my knowledge of mathematics is not much . We all know that when positioning a sprite in mouse coordinates , it always has a delay in correctly positioning itself in said coordinates ....therefore, we can take advantage of this delay, and check in which direction the mouse is moving .

Here's an example

Camera Orbit System
