I've been playing with the particle system a bit recently trying to create a decent fire effect. Pretty proud of my work so far - would love some C&C and maybe we could all share some effects we've created. The particle system is actually quite powerful once you get the hang of the variables

Looks terrific Nice work. I like the embers flying off the flames. Nice touch
If you don't have it, try and hunt down the dev. of "Particle Creator". Was on sale here for a long time.
He might still have it for sale ? Helps a lot for this kind of work.
Anyway, keep playing with it

Thanks My favorite is the bottom fire piece to hide the 2d-ness of the sprite lol very happy with how that turned out.

Good idea, i'll do some fishing for it for sure. I know ive seen it mentioned a few times around.
