I am making an application that needs to be navigated through many menus. When I revisit same menus a few times, Some buttons and sprites disappear until i completely cannot use the app i made

Sounds like you are not properly "whiping" your screens from menu to menu. Like using global variables that are not reset. Use structures that you can use infinite amount of times without changing them permanently after one use
