Within AppGameKit Studio, right click on your project and click new scene. That will take you to the scene editor. When you have finished with your scene, again in the left pane, click your main.agc file. Use the #insert "myscene" where my myscene is the name of your scene, in your main.agc code. Before the loop add myscene_setup() to your code which allows the scene to be setup so you can just hit build and see it all in action.
If you have a sprite in your scene file which you have named 'Player' for example, then to access it within your main.agc file just use myscene_Player.
