I have a simple (hopefully) request - not sure if it would be helpful to anyone else, but would help my OCD nature of how I like to organize my code.

I don't understand why I cant create sub-folders for my files or have them read/displayed in the editor in the same fashion as the media file is read. There doesn't seem to be an issue in creating sub-directories under the media folder, but I can't do the same for other folders?

Can we add the ability to create sub-folders or is there a setting in the editor that would accomplish this?

I think it will recognize folders within the media folder.
If you have folders that aren't within the media directory it will not export them when you create an .apk
