If I am in a scene and am using the script tab, an de-select the read only box, make an edit to the script, then run my project, the edit I just made is gone and the scene script reverts to the original state, is this a known bug in 0.95 of AGK-S.

Then you should post it on their github, it's the official place to submit bugs: https://github.com/TheGameCreators/AGK-Studio/issues

I don't think it's a bug. The scene editor generates a script. If you want to change the generated script for your own purpose, then you can copy it into your code and do what you like with it, but you can't expect the scene editor to understand your changes, so they will get overwritten by the scene editor when you recompile. Try adding a new file to your project, copy the scene editor generated script into the new file and then include that into your project. You can then manually edit the script as you please and the scene editor won't touch it.
