AppGameKit Classic Chat / URL Schemes? Error - iOS

I've just updated my app for the first time in a few months and went to upload it to iTunes. I've only made a couple of minor changes, nothing to do with URLS, but I'm getting this error when uploading the IPA via Application Loader:

The following URL Schemes found in your app are not in the correct format: [$URLSCHEMES]

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated

Anyone? I've tried updating XCode to the latest version but still getting this error? I can't update any of my iOS apps as I'm getting this error on all of them?

Wish I could help but haven't dealt with IOS
but you could possibly supply some code that might help, there may have been changes to the way URLS
are done in AppGameKit or something not sure but some code might help and get greater response
