Newcomers AppGameKit Corner / FixObjectToBone() How to know the correct rotation and pos?

So my big problem with this is I have no idea how to set the correct positions and rotation when attaching an object to a bone. Like attaching a gun to a hand bone.

Anyone mind sharing the trick to setting this correctly?

I got it.

I think with the change to Blender 2.8 it messed some bones up when I imported my old model to make a few changes. I had to fix them, and was lucky enough that it fixed the incorrect rotation I was getting in AGK.
