Hi guys, I get a very scary camel when I start animation... deformed. Any idea what's wrong with this file?

It may be the way its exported

but from my understanding all bones etc must use the same scale
If you wish to adjust the scale then you have to use the setobectscale
permanent. Which may be a problem with the model itself

the Autodesk fbx tool is free and will allow you to save as an fbx format that works

Tried. Same issues (Blender shows animations perfectly) as before. Also tried dae, same.

Are you scaling the object? If so, you have to scale all 3 directions equally. You dont have to set the scale permanently, just equally.

I just thought that it was a fbx version issue as the fbx version converter fixed an issue like that for me in the past

but if your using blender I can remember somewhere that there was settings that needed to be set when it was saved

Run your app with debug and you will see information in the message window

Warning: Bone transform matrix contains scale values, scaling of bones is not supported and will be ignored in main.agc
Warning: Bone offset matrix contains scale values, it may not display correctly in main.agc
Warning: Object animation contains scale values, scaling of bones is not supported and will be ignored in main.agc


Animating scale is not supported

Autodesk reports these problems altho it does appear to work it has the following issues
