See attached project. I am running it on an iPad. Not sure every device has the same issue
Just broadcast the app, keep the device still and you'll see the camera slides about and resets.
It might be that trying to use AR as a control system is just not possible

ps: It's weird. Sometimes it calibrates perfectly, other times it slides off into nowhere

You need to test it on IOS or Android.
It may ask you to download ARcore. The easiest way to test it is using the Broadcast feature.
Your device also needs to support ARcore

EDIT: Sorry, you mean the includes are missing. See attached
