I purchased DarkBasic Pro software on EBay. I get the
Box & disc. How will I be able to activate it when I receive it?

Open the search and look for "activation" in the DBP board, there should be several posts about free activation keys there

Dbpro has been open source for a long time now on github , so no need to purchase or activate dbpro at all. Doing this on phone so cant paste links now. Google dbpro github and should take you the right place.
