How to use Black Ice Mod new features?
They are awesome but I don't know how can I use for example destructable walls.

superunixstudio BIM comes with a lot of example test maps in the mapbank\blackicemod folder. Look at some of those
and see how they are setup. Study how the script are setup also.

Look in your Doc's folder and you will see a file named "Model pack 63 Guide"
That file is the guide on how to setup and use the destructible walls
