I confirm it does the same for me. Looping sound plays fine without SetMusicLoopTimesOGG(). I changed the beginning and end times, but it always seems to crash just before completing one allotted loop time.

I haven't tried your example but I have experienced the same bug myself. In my case it worked fine if the looped section was less than 20 seconds.

I tried different sample rates and it still crashes thinking it might be like wav files
