AppGameKit Studio Chat / AR Kit rejection in the AppStore anyone?

My app was rejected because Tier 1 includes the AR Kit by default with no way to disable it (per TCG support). My app does not use AR Kit and so Apple rejected it with this lovely note. Any workarounds or tricks would be greatly appreciated.

After a few more volleys with Apple, this was approved on Friday evening.
