Newcomers AppGameKit Corner / Create character controller not working

Ok so I created a character controller for my model and it doesn't work. It doesn't move the model and the create 3d physic world does nothing either. Im creating the world after the media is loaded and I run debug and nothing happened.

I also added get3dphsicsactiveobjects and it records 0.

I'm lost.

I'm on my phone so I can't add any examples but would appreciate a little more info on how to set up a character controller
