Unless I am misunderstanding the problem, you would just copy the content of one media folder to the other one.

Yeah, I want to copy media files in the agks .Sometimes just a pic,or an ogg. But now i have to open the explore and locate the file,and then copy and paste. That's strange.

Right-click the pic or ogg, and select "Show in Explorer".
No need to go locate anything. AGKS does it for you.
