select media from the asset browser on the bottom of the IDE and simply drag it into the code area or scene and "drop" it.

otherwise, do yourself a favor and review the included User Guide which can be found from within the IDE under Help/User Guide to become familiar with Studio functionality. and, this youtube playlist should prove helpful as should this thread/post full of links.
