Check if the app is still running but in background? Than moving it to front (automaticly)

And can i check.if the app is running at all ? And if.not open it in front of other apps?

GetAppRunning() Should tell you if the app is running.
GetPaused() tells you if the current app has lost focus

I guess a combination of those commands and comms could get the result you wanted
