Does Win 11 break Ian M's Matrix1Utils?

Scenario: New laptop came with Win 11. Installed DBPro. Native DBPro commands compile & run ok. When I try to use Matrix1Util commands I gat a "Failed to Load DLL (Matrix1Util_05.dll)" or similar for the other Matrix1Utils.

Anyone else experienced this, or suggestions on how to resolve?
