Newcomers DBPro Corner / HUD/Interface Question

I'm trying to lay a bitmap on the bottom the screen. The game is in third person if that helps. I want the image to be visible at all times (obviously) but be transparent when the mouse is not over it. Any suggestions?

Ok dude, again, a sprite, here ya go-



Look in your manual for SET SPRITE commands.
Tested in DB V1.13
