I've just downloading Warcraft to make a BSP level to DB. I'm just that curious about it .Thou, it's asking for a Wad file. A Wad file is a file which hold textures? Isn't it? So.... how do I create Wad files? I tried to run the standart wad file which come with 3D Game Studio demo and did not work

Thanks in advance.

um... don't you mean worldcraft?
Anyway, Wally really is your only option for creating wad files. It's simple really.

Warcraft.. lol

I was getting wicked when reading something about converting Warcraft maps into BSP!!! Warcraft3 has a very beautiful landscapes. Imagine if you were able to convert them into BSP and use them in your own games!

And now I fell from a really tall tree..

The evil plan is now even closer!

I've been using Wally to make my wad3. It was easy, however it always shows up some strange error :/ but it loads without any problem in WorldCraft.... I loved worldcraft, but sometimes is so hard to move or resize things Maybe I need to read the tuts... no...one more tut

What about all the legal issues using BSP's? Aren't those still an issue?

Yeah, I was also wondering that... is BSP actually free? And how about WorldCraft? Should it be exclusive for Half-Life? hmmmmmmmm....

bsp is free as far as i know but worldcraft costs ALOT if you want to use the level you made in a commercial game.

I'm using gkradiant cause i don't think that has licencing issues.

cheers
