127.0.0.1 is a local loopback for every machine/device on the planet

anything 192.168.... is internet unroutable.

If you have a router, the router acts as a dhcp server/nat translator so your isp assigns your ip address to the router, the router assigns all of your machines an internet unroutable address like 192.168.1.100 , 101,102,103...etc

to see your ip that the router is holding, open a command prompt window (2k/xp) and type ipconfig /all and you'll see the ip your isp has assigned to you (which may or may not be static-most are assigned via their dhcp servers so it changes over time)

Yeah, me too. I also have 192.168 and for a second I thought that mine might've matched the spammer because I couldn't quite remember it and 195.92.168 has a similar set of numbers. lol.
