write_memblock(file number,memblock number,image quality)
read_memblock(file_number,memblock nimber)

thoose functions works exactly the same way as a read or write memblock command from darkbasic
the quality defines the compress image quality where 100 is then biggest file and also the best
image quaklity and dont even try 20
the best results i ve got from 80 to 95

those functions works corectly only with 16 bit image memblocks.
The decompression is pretty fast.
