I am experiencing some strange z-depth issues with ghosted objects, as far as I can tell ghosted objects are appearing infront of all other objects regardless of their actual position in 3d space.

this has been a problem since DBP came out.

it seems ghosted objects are rendered behind any objects made after them. so:

make object sphere 1,10
ghost object on 1

make object cube 2,10
position object 2,0,0,10

the sphere would be rendered behind the cube, even though it's in front.

however:

make object cube 2,10
position object 2,0,0,10

make object sphere 1,10
ghost object on 1

would show up right...

i'm looking at yooooou!

i'm also pretty sure it has nothing to do with object numbers, as practically all i had to do to get them to show up right in DBP was i moved the chink of code which created them to be last and they look right.

i'm looking at yooooou!
