Has anyone else noticed alpha sorting problems since upgrading to 3.1.

Any object I create with an alpha (well ghost object on) will always be drawn behind opaque objects now. It was working perfectly before. I have a 6400ti, XP, SP1, Dx8.1b

Well my shadow object which I dark ghosted doesn't look right. It looked perfect in DBv1 but it seems to be very light now and when I don't set the dark ghost flag it seems to be solid white. I've only noticed this a short while ago though so I haven't looked into it fully.
