just ammend ALL animation data to the model,
and remember the frames - if you had an idle, walking and jumpin animation each 10 frames
you'd be like

obviously using if statments like that is kinda senseless, but you get what i mean
as for the animation speed, if the speed command doesn't work then thats really for the team to sort out not us, because I don't know why it wouldn't slow it.
Perhaps try 0.5 maybe it accepts floats
