I thought I read somewhere that there is a command in DBPro to load webpages? I have looked through the manual, but can't seem to find it

1: What is the command?
2: How do you use it?
3: Does it open IE or open the page within your app - so you could have an internal html help file without openning an external browser?

Any help much appreciated, thanks!

Well here's a simple one liner for displaying this page in IE using DBPro.

execute file "http://www.darkbasicpro.com/apollo/view.php?t=3210&b=1", "", ""

You can execute any file as long as it has an association. Or, believe it or not, you can actually execute an executatable

DBPro doesn't yet have a way to display pages itself.

Well, it command line executes IE with the website of your choice. There is of course no way to load an html file into your app, but that could be programmed.

If you remember, U could code ur own DB browser, but you would need to learn Java, JavaScript and HTML...and Flash maybe

Ahh that was probably it, the whole execute command being able to load webpages. Cool thanks guys. I think I've worked out a simple way to display simple html files which will fullfil my purpose anyway, but thanks, that'll be most helpful
