If you just want to pop up a box with text inside, use the "box" and "text" commands

Sorry don't mean that to sound sarcastic, just not sure exactly what you mean - most rpg text boxes are just that - some form of drawn box, and a string displayed on it. If you don't know how 2 do this, reply, cos its really easy I could write you a short tutorial.
