use the UBB code to do so! i.e. use the [url][url] and [/url][/url] tags. <---this might not come out right due to the forums parsing of the tags, if not use this:

*url*http://www.username.yourwebspace.com/piccy.jpg*/url*

where '*' appear, use '[' and ']' instead. get it?

of course this may not be exactly what you're asking. First, you have to take the picture from your hard drive and upload it to the internet. This means you need webspace. You can apply for an account from somewhere like Geocities or Yahoo and make a temporary account (though this will take quite a while) or you could ask a friend with a website to upload it for you. Ask the friend for the address of the picture, and then post it using the crazy code Kale said.
