But be carefull, until the second level, you have to get your periodic table of elements (It doesn't matter if you don't have one, I included a PDF version )

And I changed it into ChemtriX

thats good. though the blocks move too slow, you should make them move faster when you press down.
my chemistry teacher would love it

I got a speed of 18-22 kb/s.

But I agree, the blox do fall too slowly. Plus it would be nice to have a little more sound. Apart from the occasional popping sound, the game was silent....which was a shame.

Even an annoying MIDI would help.

Good game though!

That's how I made the speed :

And in the main loop, I have :

So when you press the downkey, it can't be faster

But be carefull, when you reach level 3, you need that time to find the element on your table.

And for the sound, I have a slight little problem : When I let loop some MidiFile, it freezes the programm lightly, when it starts the music over again. If somebody knows how to fix it, I'll be happy to get that in.

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell : it's DBCe

Sorry to bump this thread, but I didn't want to start aq new one, especially because it still has to do with this programm.
And the teacher forum also fell into darknesss, so couldn't post there.

What I want to know is "where can I publish it as freeware ?"
I already tried this thread
But when I try to subscribe to some, they said I have to pay for listings
Is there any free one ?

Is there also anyplace where they expose education-games ?

Do a google search for free downloads center because I spelled the link wrong.
