Newcomers DBPro Corner / Open to append???

I haven't used basic for 20 years! Does DB Pro have some way of appending to a file? I guess I *could* open a new file, write the old file to the new, write extra single line, delete the old file and rename the new... but there has to be a simpler way!

Not really. You could read the old file and store the data in variables delete the file and write the new file including the new data (so you don't need to rename any files).

Ogres have layers.
