But are you sure it is not working. Don't use any download manager. There is no need to resume because it is 1.28MB

I'm downloading it now, but at a measly 2.7 Kbps !!! And I'm on broadband!

Try using a different server. Angelfire.com is free (20mb storage) and is pretty fast.
