When running in full screen exclusive mode, with this code:

sync on : sync rate 10

load image "circle.bmp", 1, 1
save image "circle2.bmp", 1

the circle2.bmp doesnt open in windows-viewer, but looks messed up in paint and other art-packages. It works fine in window mode though

It happens with any image.

This hinders me from coding my editor and other tools.

<edit>
I tried this code:
load image "circle.bmp", 1, 1
save image "circle2.dib", 1
save image "circle2.bmp", 1
save image "circle2.dds", 1
save image "circle2.jpg", 1

the bmp is messed up and the dib doesn't open in any program I use
The jpg and dds version looks ok though.

You can save JPG just fine, it is just the BMP that does not save correctly, which has been traced to a function inside DirectX so we canont fix this until the next revision of DX runtimes.
