When I compile and run your test project, I get an error message.

Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point mysql_change_user could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBMYSQL.dll

Then it tells me

Failed to load DLL (3: mySQL.dll)

What's that mean?

Sounds like the LIBMYSQL.DLL isn't in the same place as your executable.

Download the current mySQL.DLL from my web site and try that, in case you have an old version.

Secondly mySQL with only work with sql V4.0 at the moment, so if your using 4.1 or 5.0, then replace it with V4.0

The INI file should now be up-to-date, and I have an almost complete list of what the commands do in the plug-ins.
