how do i use "set cartoon shading on" to make an object look like it is cel shaded?

Many previous threads have asked this, search them, and you'll find there is no proper answer as yet, as we've just established in the vivi2k post lol Maybe the few peeps who can do it are keeping it close to their chests to have a cool advantage over us till then there are plenty of okish ways to do this with software methods instead, check the old threads
