can somebody please post example code or post a link to a tutorial regarding matrix normals. I have a file called 'heightmap.dat' which contains height information which then a matrix is 'terraformed' using this with a simple function. Is it then possible to create nice shading effects within the 'hills' of the terrain as if there is a sun in the sky? any examples and explanations of this would be greatly appreciated!
