What will be the state of using DX9 .fx files for shader effects in FPSC?

Right now the situation with DBPro is catch as catch can, and not really up to par with the "ease of use" or "ease of implementation" that seemed to be the DB mantra...

In short, will using shaders be made easier for the novice, and will there be a varitey of usable .fx files supllied with FPSC?

Thanks

FPSC uses the same FX handling as Pro.

I believe that some FX files for things like bump mapping will be supplied. They will probably be tied to the segments, so that you just click and place a wall section for example and FPSC will bump-map it.
