is there any (sneezes) programs, that can create and load dll-s (sneezes) that bwould be free or trial things cuz i don'tintend to pay for it (sneezes)

Well I know of C++ compilers (Mingw/Dev-C++), C compilers (LCC), Basic compilers (BCX+LCC), Pascal (Freepascal) and there are loads of others.

You need to give a better idea of what language you are looking for in particular
