As long as it can produce a proper DLL and not these silly ActiveX ones, then you should be able to.

I have made several working DLLs in Delphi 6. The only slight problem is that if you want to send back string information, you must send it back as a PChar type, not a string >> Use the PChar(string) function to convert.

Both the RGT String Library and the RGT•ZIPtools Third Party Commands are written in Delphi 6. (As is the DBPro IDE )

Although there are important cross-language issues that must be considered, in my opinion, Delphi makes DLL creation much simpler than C++ does.

u can even get a BASIC that makes dlls! oops...ive given it away..check the 'alpha shadding(or somat like that)' post
