Quite simple : download mIRC if you dont already have it.
Set up your usenames.
Got to the IRC network selections, and select DALNET
connect, and in the status box window which appears, type :

/JOIN darkbasic

Good news everyone! I really am THAT good...

Unfortunatly not many people use it much.
But keep checking back as myself and Dazzy are in there basically daily between 17:00 - 02:00 GMT

Would be nice if others actually dropped in sometime. And please help to test updated JavaIRC's as I update and upload them... hopefully within the next month we can have a perfectly suited web-based IRC Client.
However development is slow due to the sheer number of projects i have to concentrate on and lack of actually information upon IRCs data streams.

For some reason in the past DB irc channels have always failed, its as if DB users are afraid to use irc! So my computer is set to join the channel has soon as it goes online!, I be idle most of the time but it may attack people in!

for example I forgot it auto connected and looked back about an hour later and indi had been trying to wake me up!

All it needs is for a bunch of people to regularly join and more will follow!. if you search up an old irc topic in the general board you will find wufflez has done an mirc script for the novices!
