I received my DBPro retail package today with much joy. Unfortunately when I compile a proggy made with DBPro demo the exe crashes before loading whereas it previously worked fine.

Using the debugger I found that it is having issues with my .x objects. Here's the basic code:

Load object "editor/grid.x",2

for xi=0 to 8

oh bugger I didn't even know this had happened!

Please all accept my apologies.

I really honestly and truthfully had no intention to make such a horrid mess.

Try a get dir$ command to see if it is starting to look in the right directory.

If you have simply just bought a retail copy you NEED to download Patch 3 before many things will run properly anyway!
