What is the string format to load textures in a map file?

Ensure the textures are in the same directory as the bsp file otherwise you will get a plain white 'object' as your map.

The wad file is not used and the textures have to be seperate files. I am getting the impression that Dark Basic would like us all to use CShop 2.08 and convert .x to bsp or just use .x for game levels.

Bsp works!
Just make sure the *.bsp and *.wad are in the same place.
If u have textured you're bsp with separate images you will
have to pack those into a wad file. You can use Wally
to do this.
