Yes I'm a newbie and I'm really new to darkbasic.

For my first project i would like to make not a game but something that deals withs sound.
For instance just a simple sinewave that changes with the music from an outher source (like a CD playing), like those in Mediaplayer.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible with Darkbasic and give me some hints. I've reading the forums for almost two days and seen nothing about it.
