DB PRO lost in the mail. Spoke with Lee via email and he is sending another out on 1/23. 3 weeks so far.
Now for Cartography Shop, I ordered it online paid via PAYPAL. Never RECEIVED an EMAIL with my registration code. I emailed them and NEVER received a reply. What is with the customer service and these products. What should I do to get my REG code for Cart Shop? Anyone out there that can help me?

If Lee spokes to you via email, you should have his email adress. So contact him and all email addresses you can find on the site. Also it would be good to contact their payment company.

You ordered Cartography Shop on Saturday the 18th of January (3:35am to be precise) and the order was received successfully as was your confirmation of payment. It will be dealt with on Monday, the first working day possible after your order was placed. Like lots of small companies we don't tend to fulfill orders over the weekend. If you'd ordered via Share-It (not PayPal) you'd have received the code instantly as they send them out for us, PayPal orders are processed manually however. Not sure who you reported the lack of code to, but it wasn't through the "Order Enquiry" part of our web site so it's probably gone to someone who will find it when they check their mail on Monday.

As for DBPro file an enquiry via the website "order enquiry" area - I will follow that one up tomorrow to see what's happened with it but I'd be surprised if it's lost in the post, that rarely happens.

Cheers,

Rich

Thanks for the quick response. I might suggest that the "delayed" delivery of the code be explained as you have above on the order page of CShop. Nowhere on the site does it say that you are running a small company. Let your customers know that it takes a few days to process, maybe with an order confirmation email or a paragraph on the "Thank you" for your order page. I run a small company and I appreciate the business my customers give me, anything to make their experience better, just keeps them happy and coming back for more. I will follow up on my DBPro order with LEE as he is handling the OVERNIGHT of my lost software for 1/23.

Yo, how long does it take for DBPro to be shipped out to the US?

It has been over 2 weeks(I ordered like on 1/3-5 or something like that). According to Guy my order should have already arrived. I live in a house with A BIG MAILBOX, and I am in Massachusetts which is the same state REAL GAME TOOLS is located. And no sign of it. I am giving him until 1/23 where he promised to OVERNIGHT another copy for FREE to my address. This isnt the first time this has happend to someone though. Dig through these forums and you will see the ramblings of other 3-4 weeks shipping nightmares.

Share-It are not responsible for sending out the packages, we are (DBS) IF you order from us. If however if you order from Real Game Tools, then they are responsible for sending the order out.

RGT are based in America so will (theoretically) ship faster for US orders.

DBS are based in the UK and while we still do ship to America (every day infact) it will obviously take longer. Approx. 2-3 weeks depending on time of the year and location.

If you ordered from RGT then you should contact them in the first instance and if you get no joy you can come to us instead and we'll take up enquiry.

If you ordered from us (DBS) then you should contact us via the Order Enquiry area on the darkbasic.com or darkbasicpro.com web sites. Those enquiries are copied across 3 members of the team all capable of seeing it resolved.

If you're not sure who you ordered from (and that's fair enough!) then always contact us (DBS) in the first instance.

Cheers,

Rich

Rick said he had received your NDA Gunloader, but not the payment! However I just checked and I can see your payment arrived today so I will activate your DBDN account now.

Cheers,

Rich

I just arrived from work, and had to play the Command & Conqeuer generals MP Beta (I was sitting yesterday from 6 am till 11 pm in front of the fileplanet website to wait for it

But after I played it, I got straight to the db website and entered my credit card data, i swear
