Has anyone noticed that when u use SHIFT MATRIX (up, down, left of right), DBPro kindly inverts all the matrix heights for you (ie multiplies them by -1).

It even happens on the matrix showcase example - watch the matrix flip every timestep instead of scrolling smoothly.

Is this a bug or just an "undocumented feature" (heh heh)?

HOW DO I GET ROUND IT???

I've got some nice code that slides a visible matrix over a much larger array of terrain heights and it don't work any more. AARGH!

(and please don't just say "re-write your code" - using these commands is fundamental to how it works

As no-one else wants to reply, I'll try and answer my own Q (in case anyone is interested!)

My fix is to wait a little longer before shifting and then call SHIFT MATRIX twice before updating.

buu I'd still like know if this is a bug!
