(1) Can an entire level be rotated... like being on the deck of an aircraft carrier...

(2) How much of the modelling fromt eh screenshots can be imported into DBPro (if any) with the lightmapping and bumpmapping effects intact...

You want to turn the sky, don't you?
It is a grid based system, so I don't think you can rotate the level.
But you could make it appear that way by simply orbitting things
around your carrier.
