Actually I'll leave the thread just incase anyone else reads it but hasn't read their confirmation email carefully

If you connect to the Internet via a proxy server then the Download Manager will not work for you until we release version 2 next week.

In the meantime if you email us with your order details we will send you an alternative means to download FPS Creator via a personalised FTP account.
