Finally got everything downloaded, the installer launched and then said something like "Invalid file size - corrupt download perhaps?"

Anyone else had this problem? The size of the directory with all the bin files is 405mb, is that correct?

Re-downloading...

405MB is correct - but only a few bytes out could cause problems.

All of the bin files are 1.24 MB except for 406.bin which is 589kb

1.24MB? They should all be exactly 1MB in size. Right-click one, get up the Properties and check the byte count. They should all be 1,048,576 bytes in size exactly (other than the final one).

He might be talking about Size on Disk. Size on Disk and File Size are two different things. Size on Disk is how much space the file takes up due to formatting issues. Size of the file is the true byte size of the file.

Copy this file into the directory with all the .bin files.
Open up a Command Prompt, go to that directory and type in "make".

Be advised - it will take quite a while to run.. at least a few minutes, so be patient. When it completes (you can tell because you'll get the command prompt back again) you should have a zip file there called FPSCreatorEA_r20.zip - if so, see if it'll unzip without error.

Cheers,

Rich

Ah, cool - it will take a while to build it (405MB of data to stitch back together!) but once done you should have a working zip file.

If not - see my post above.
