I emailed support around 18 hours ago about FPSC and got a fast reply, but i needed to email them again, and still haven't got a reply. I was just wondering if support has the day off or something

Yeah they have sunday off. Plus they get backed up more sometimes even through the week. Sometimes it is a day or 2 before you get a reply. I have had to wait almost a week at christmas time.
